He is currently the Trade, Catering and Markets Coordinator at the Barcelona City Council (Local Public Administration). Graduated from the International University of La Rioja, he has vast experience in public administration in the departments of economic and commercial development. At the Forum he will discuss the impact on the quality of urban life of Barcelona’s most recent public policies to stimulate proximity commerce. He will also present the initiative led by Barcelona to create the title of “European Capital of Local Trade”.
