Pedro Araújo

He is currently Deputy Executive Editor of Jornal de Notícias, part of the Global Media Group, in a career spanning more than twenty years at this newspaper. Between 2004 and 2006 he was editor of JN Negócios and, between 2011 and 2018, he was deputy editor of Dinheiro Vivo, both reference publications on the national economy. He was also deputy editor of JN’s National section between 2018 and 2020.

He was a lecturer at Universidade Lusíada, as part of the Executive MBA programme, and at the Faculty of Economics in Porto, on the management course.

At the Porto Retail Forum, Pedro Araújo will moderate conversations between those who make the city’s commerce and those who reflect on its dynamics.
