Journalist specialised in gastronomic trends. Worked as editor at Editora Abril and his articles were published in distinguished newspapers, such as Folha de S. Paulo and The Washington Post. Correspondent for Eater, the largest gastronomy platform in the USA.

He currently lives in Porto, the city he fell in love with, and writes regularly for the Público and Expresso newspapers.

At the Forum he will bring his experience at the table of restaurants around the world to talk about the challenges of training those who serve increasingly eclectic and demanding consumers.
